Thank you for using our Google Workspace™ add-on. We strive to provide you with the best experience and customer service. In the event that you need to request a refund or cancel your subscription, please review the following policies:

Refund Policy:

Subscription Refunds:

We offer a 14 days money-back guarantee for subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our add-on and would like to request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your subscription purchase. We will review your request and process the refund if it meets the criteria outlined in our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will only be provided for the current billing period and not for previous billing periods.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

Any discounts or promotions applied during the purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds may take 30 days to be processed and reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscription Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our support team or follow the cancellation instructions provided in the add-on settings.

Cancellation Effective Date:

The cancellation of your subscription will be effective immediately upon your request. You will retain access to the add-on until the end of the current billing period.

No Partial Refunds for Cancellations:

Please note that cancellation of your subscription will not result in a partial refund for the remaining days of the current billing period.

Data Retention:

Upon cancellation of your subscription, your data will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we handle and store your data.
